My Iphone 11 was stolen and I look in the "i cloud find my iphone" online on my computer and it says "no conexion" and it does not show my iphone's location . However, I go to "find my devices" on my apple watch and it shows a location and after a certain period of time i get updates with diferent locations.
What is going on? should I trust my apple watch information? why the finder on icloud.com does not work ?
