Hello! I can’t install applications on Apple Watch (the download icon is always spinning) I tried to restart both the iPhone and Apple Watch, but it doesn’t help. What to do?

Solution: turn off low data mode for wifi and cellular data
Do you have screentime enabled on your phone?.
I have watchOS 4
Then the apps you are trying to install are probably not compatible with your watch.
On other watches (of the same model), everything downloads and works fine
Try updating you watch,watchos4 is 5 years old.
The apps I download are compatible with my Apple Watch (but the install icon on the apple watch always spins).
