My account was charged €14.99 on 07/23/2022. I paid for 50GB which costs €0.99. Why was I charged unjustifiably?

First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

From there, click "Request a refund" and follow the instructions-
Katana-San has attempted to help you in this thread from a few days ago. I understand that Serbia isn't listed individually in the country list- you simply need to click "Other Europe" in the iTunes Support country selection page. From there, you can inquire about the extraneous charge.

If the refund is approved, the time it takes to receive the money back depends on the payment method-
Store credit—It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.
Mobile phone billing—It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.
All other payment methods—It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
It's not a scam message, I found that out when I saw that much money was taken from my bank account.
I sent you a picture where you can see how what I didn't want to be charged was charged.
That is of no help to me, because there is no region in which my account is set among the ones offered.
