Parental controls Privacy and content restrictions

In parental controls, the privacy and contact restrictions keep turning off on my child’s phone. Why does this happen and how do I fix it?

Change your Apple ID password and passcodes you’re using to access your computers and devices, and see if the problem persists. If you do not have two-factor authentication enabled, enable it. Also check for any unexpectedly-trusted devices associated with your Apple ID. I’d also check your trusted email and telephone numbers, but that path tends to be more obvious when used.
