We have 2 brand new macbook pro and one macbook air all of them have charing issue.
When unplugging charging adapter macbook shutdown. and the battery icon shows that the battery is charging. is it possible to have a brand new macbook pro to have a battery issue or charging issue ? is there any solution to that ?

How can you see the battery icon after Mac shutdown?
I see the battery icon when the the mac is plugged and shutdown when unpugged
