I am able to pair a non-apple headset with my ATV4k... but, when I select another Bluetooth device (even some Beats buds) I cannot get it to play both. Is there a splitter/addon device I could use?
I would dearly love to use my LG sound bar + BT. My wife has a hearing issue so she really benefits from the headset, but then I am left to imagine dialog. Thanks.

You could buy a dual link bluetooth transmitter. You would connect that to the TV (not to Apple TV). E.g. this one.

Technically you can get dual bluetooth audio from the Apple TV box, but that requires a 4K model and that the headphones are both Apple or Beats branded.
