If you are asking can you run Windows on a M2 Mac, then the answer is potentially, yes. On Intel-based Macs you would do it with either Apple's Boot Camp or with a third-party solution, like Parallels. However, on M-series Macs, Boot Camp is not available. I understand that Parallels does not support running Windows VMs on M-series Macs, but I suggest you contact them to be sure.

Not for production at this writing.
The ARM-processor version of Windows currently available is for Registered Ddevelopers ONLY, and you must join the Microsoft Developer program to obtain a copy.
There is no equivalent of Boot Camp, which would provide the Drivers and helpers needed for simple 'Install and Go'.
There is a Parallels Virtual Machine option available, but that will take some work.
Not at this time The ARM version of windows is not out for the public yet, only on the windows insider program, for devs and IT professionals
And, running an ARM version in parallels will always be different from bootcamp. If you want to run windows on your Mac, I would suggest you stick with intel for the time being
