I can't charge iPhone turned off with Megasafe

I turn off my iPhone while charging with megasafe but it turns on by itself.

Is there any way for the iPhone 13 mini to stay off when charging with Megasafe charger?

You can't do that. The Magsafe charger will always turn the device on whether you want it to or not! That's why I am answering your question....

On the iPhone 11 pro it was possible.
