can you nudge audio (move it one single frame) in iMovie?

I am using 10.3.3.

I am seeing that this was possible in older versions. Would they have ever just taken away such an essential feature (to audio matching)? What would the purpose of that be except for to drive users crazy?

Thanks.

Expand out your timeline. Select the audio clip. While holding down the Option key, tap the < key (next to the letter m). Each tap will nudge the audio clip one frame to the left. Unfortunately, the feature does not work if one wants to nudge the audio clip to the right. So you would need to position the audio clip to the right of your desired end point, and then nudge it left into position.

This is a vestigial feature left over from years ago, and for some reason did not get fully replicated in later iMovie versions.
