Netflix isn't working in Apple TV 3rd Generation

I've been having issues with Netflix on my Apple TV (3rd Generation) and the age verification. I already did the verification and netflix is working on my phone and computer but not in the Apple TV.

I already reset the Apple tv and still not working. Is Netflix still supporting this model of Apple TV? What else can I do?

Verify that you have been signed in with the same Netflix account, and with the same Netflix user profile, as each can have their own individual age settings. Netflix uses can’t watch mature content on the Kids profile.
