I cant sign in to Netflix on new apple TV 4.

I deleted app, reinstalled, looked for updates, unplugged and plugged and contacted netflix support.

Not what??

That points to an issue with the login. Verify that it works on other devices or try resetting the password. If it persists then try again with Netflix support.
