Can you have 2 Iwatches connected to just 1 IPhone?

Or you can use the Apple Watch Family Plan where your iPhone controls the Apple Watch of a dependent child. The Child's Apple Watch is limited in some of the features available because any feature that needs to work in conjunction with the iPhone will not work on the Child's Apple Watch. For example, the Camera Remote will not work. There are other similar features that the Child will not have available.
