I live in a very hot area, and my iPhone overheated all the time and whenever it does I put in the fridge ( that is sited on 5 degrees)
now i just read that it’s not good to put the phone in the fridge!
my Question, I’m not gonna ever put it again in the fridge, but does putting in the fridge in the past, would damage it in the future?!

Can condensation cause damage and corrosion? Yes. Has it? Unknown. Without examining the device, nobody knows. What can be done now? Not much. Other than avoiding heat and condensation. Of condensation and heat, excessive heat can quickly degrade a battery. Of the two, I’d be more concerned about overheating too, though both are best avoided.

Based on Personal Experience:
Keeping a Device Cool W/O a Fridge:
Avoid Condensation:
Simply keep it in a cool location, but not in the fridge:
Use of a Laptop Cooler:
Also, place this atop a laptop cooler, if you are so concerned.
Yes it can, condensation can form on the inside. Quick temperature change can cause the case to contract quickly comprisng the water resistant seal.
Don't ever put your phone in the refrigerator.
