Request for refund from Apple care insurance

What is the fastest way to get payment refund to cancel subscription for Apple care + 2 year warranty product protection for $149 . I’ve purchased the iPhone 11 from 3rd party vendor online retail shop Simple Mobile and my Citibank Debit card was charged 2x the amount of ordered product. Apparently called Customer service for Simple Mobile about next day delivery service deal which i didn’t receive this ordered item and yet the funds I suppose to pay was already posted to my bank account of total amount paid. I didn’t get this item until 3-5 days later. I made a huge mistake…also I didn’t realize this product has 1 year coverage limited manufacturer warranty. How can I get my money back from wrongful subscription I made payment of $149 for 2 year warranty not even worth paying because it wasn’t the latest product of Apple. I paid for $358 total for this item without service from the Carrier or Server
