YouTube by Google, LLC audio coding problems

YouTube by Google, LLC is literally compressing the audio quality and there’s nothing I can do. It’s their problem. Google uses Opus in a WebM container as well as AAC (wrapped in an mp4 container). The compression can be as low as 56KBPS which is quite horrendous. I don’t like that low for audio quality listening. I want something at least acceptable quality. Audio typically streams at 126KBPS and it’s way worse now on certain content. It’s happening on Safari, Google Chrome, or any other browser. The audio quality is good when I play it in the app, but horrible on Safari. I would like to see a fix. The audio quality should be good and 56KBPS is far from good. This isn’t prior to 2005. I would like this fixed so I can listen to clear audio.

It seems like this doesn't concern Apple then. I recommend you contact YouTube on their support website.
