If I have an old iPhone that I got locked out of is it possible to retrieve photos and all that or am I screwed?

That will depend. If you have a backup, or were using iCloud Photos (assuming its supported on the old iPhone) then you can get them back from the backup or iCloud.


If not, then no. Without the passcode, there's no way to get any data from the iPhone.
