My username and user image are not displayed on the login screen

I recently migrated data from a Time Machine backup to my new M1 Pro MacBook Pro. Everything works except that I noticed my username and user image are not displayed on the login screen, instead it shows empty fields.

My user account is the only one on this computer. I can type in my username and password, and login without an issue. Just wondering if this is normal. I think I enabled FileVault while setting up this mac, is this why it doesn't show up?

You need to set the login options like this:

However, I prefer what you're currently getting as anyone who is trying to access you Mac will have to guess at the username as well as the password. That make it twice as difficult to break.
