Creating Apple ID for a church computer

I am donating an iMac to my church for a dedicated use. I am trying to create an Apple ID for the computer so it can download software from the App Store. The iMac has a church email address assigned to it, but I am finding no way to create the Apple ID without supplying a first and last name (which of course the church doesn't have) and a birth date (which the church also doesn't have). I am finding no information about how Apple IDs can be created for non-individuals, short of a business program (which we aren't) or signing up for the developer program (which we also aren't). Hard to believe something so simple is not at all possible.

The church will also soon be purchasing two more Macs for an AV station, so this problem will soon be tripled.

List the pastor's name and date of birth or whoever will be in charge of maintaining the Macs?

I could use my name/DOB or someone else's or even invent one just to get past the creation screens, but the account should not be tied to any person since it's a church computer.
