I cannot create apple id on windows

Hello, my client wanted to create an apple id on windows so that she can connect her podcast on podcast connect. She downloaded itunes, tried to create apple id within account option but nothing happened. Then she managed to sign up on apple music and we thought that is enough for verifying her account. Once we proceeded to podcast connect, we received the info that the account is still not verified. Then we proceeded to appleid.apple.com but when she entered all info, received the codes on email and sms, she clicked on continue but nothing happened so we could not proceed.

I noticed that this has happened with several my clients when tried to create apple id on windows. And this was not a case some 6 months before.

I am having the same issue.

I run devices for our company. yes we are a windows company usingiPads........ anyway. I created a couple the other week and no dramas, but today nothing happen I get the wheel of death, although it is dead I say, not even spinning.

I have to activate task manager to get out of it.

Would love some help on this one.
