Is there a way to restore permanently deleted photos If they were backed up at 1:12am this morning?

There are 2 conditions that would have to be met:

• Go to Settings/[your name]/iCloud - is the switch for Photos OFF? If it is ON, then the photos are not in any backup
• If the backup was made before the phones were deleted AND the switch is off, you can restore the backup. This will overwrite everything on the phone, not just the photos

Would be a good idea to make sure that another backup has not run since the time that the photos were permanently deleted........because that next backup would pick up the deletion of the photos, so they would no longer be in the backup.
