FCP 10.6.3 - Folders glitching temporarily on import window

Not so much an issue as appears to be a bug, just interested to see if others have experienced the same issue. Import window when opened displays folders but they flash and glitch for a time before correcting. Anyone?

importing a file from files.app doesn't remember last folder open When using any application like Notability (or Goodnotes, vectornator among others), and you import a file using the Files option, it will open a browser window. That used to open at the last folder location. Not anymore, at least in my case, it will open in the Recent Used option which, in fact, it is not the last recently opened. It seems that it is not updating the recently used. Is anyone else having the same issue? It is very annoying when you continuously have to import and navigate the folders again.

Any fix for Ventura moving files on Windows server broken? Worked flawlessly for years. With update to Ventura, anytime move files on Windows server from one folder to another, file becomes unable or is not visible. Sometimes able to copy the file on the computer and then open it. Are there any fixes that have worked? Does anyone know if Apple plans on fixing this? Otherwise Ventura is pretty useless for most office environments.

File name randomly displays on screen even when Finder is closed When I hover the cursor over certain parts of the screen for too long, a grey box pops up with the name of a file as if I had Finder open and hovered over the name of a file. However, it happens when I don't have Finder open, which is the issue. It's as if Finder detects the cursor through all the other screens. I figured out that it's the files from Recents folder (even though it'd happen even when I didn't have it open), and when I hid it in Preferences from the sidebar, it just started showing files from Desktop. It's been an issue for a long time, and no updates have fixed it (currently I have Sonoma 14.3.1). It's infuriating, and I don't know what to do at this point.

Try resetting the FCPro preferences.

Hold Option-Command as you launch FCPro.

Re-open your Library when done.
