I was at the beach and I went boogje boarding and was in the water for maybe 10-15 minutes and I left my phone in the pocket now it is just stuck flashing the Apple logo I took it out of its case and let it dry out for over 12 hours in some rice what should I do now?

That said, if you only see the flashing Apple logo, there is a chance it was damaged by the liquid exposure. iPhones are equipped with Liquid Contact Indicators (LCIs) that you can see from the outside.
