My Apple ID has been compromised. What do I do?

My brother is hacked into my iCloud he is a 4.0 hacker I’m going through a lawsuit I do not want any third parties I was looking through my iCloud which I do not use and he is put me with my iCloud got apps got two iPads two $500 gamers one $60 app and charged it and I did not know because I do not use my iCloud I use my Gmail I do not want a third-party on a computer he’s on his Mac and I’m on my 11 my Mac I need to fix right now so he’s using his Mac to purchase all the stuff with my money without my permission and I’m showing it on my iCloud what do I do and who do I call
