Command Center (F3) button not working on my Mac Book Pro

I get that DUH sound when I try to use my "F3" key to access Mac Book Pro Command Center. The "F3" key does nothing. It was working up to about a month ago.

I think I locked it p with a random key stroke, or something, because one minute it was working, the next it wasnt.
