Can’t get into account because of forgotten recovery

Recovery key is wrong and I never created one for that email. Please help

If you made a 28 character recovery key then you MUST have that recovery key to recover your AppleID. See -> How to generate a recovery key - Apple Support

Apple cannot help you if you did not record and keep that recovery key. The online account recovery service is not available to you and Apple cannot recover your AppleID for you. It was imperative that you kept that recovery key somewhere you could find and retrieve it when or if needed.
