Hi, ringtone seems downloaded but still i could not apply it as a ringtone and it is still missing on the dropdown menu.
It seems I can only listen via Music app but could not apply as a ringtone?

Any problems with the purchase? Are you sure it was a ringtone? You may also go to upper right hand corner and then click on Get Support for further assistance.
