Mail sub folders not showing for one account (iOS 15.5)

Hi

I have added my 3 email accounts to my new iPhone 13. Two of the mail accounts are fine (same as on old phone) but my Office365 one is no longer allowing me to see the sub-folders. I can see the basic folders like Inbox, Sent, Junk, Drafts but even clicking the little arrow next to Inbox doesn't expand it. Nor can I see any top level folders I have self-created like 'Work', 'Home' etc which should be on the list next to Sent etc.

It all works fine on my old phone and I am very familiar with the newish feature which lets you choose to keep some folders open and some closed and remembers your choice. It's working fine on my other accounts.

I have tried removing the O365 account then adding again but it's just the same.

Can anyone please help?

Hi Freelandertwo,

Thanks for posting in Apple Communities.

We understand that you were able to add your Office365 mail account, but the sub-folders aren't visible on your new iPhone. For Outlook, make sure that your mail account has been configured correctly. If all is configured correctly, open the Mail app. Make sure you see Mailboxes at the top of the screen and all mailboxes are visible. Under the affected account, tap on the folder to expand more. If it still doesn't show, remove the account and add it back.

Regards.
