facetime & imessage activation

I cannot activate my Facetime and iMessage. I have tried everything on how to activate it. I’ve switched off my phone & activated it. Made sure I get messages from the network I use, but I cannot activate it.

Hi, thank you for this, but as I said before, I did all the steps but nothing works. I still can’t activate it. It always says ‘Activation Unsuccessful’.
