iCloud Domain?

Can I just use a Domain name that is created within iCloud+? I do not have another domain - I was hoping to establish one with the iCloud +

I've tried following the directions but, no luck. Guess I need pictures with step by step.

You need to have an existing domain to add it to iCloud+
