Apple authorization failed. Please verify your card information or choose another card.

After texting with Apple, this seems to be a merchant error, since all my cards in my wallet are good to go. I am unable to change the payment method as the same error occurs. Anyone else having this issue? If I cant update my payment method the order will be cancelled.
