Spaces between phone numbers

What spaces are you referring to exactly? If you share a screenshot, be sure to edit out any personal information, inducing the phone numbers themselves.

Are you able to replicate this issue? If so, which specific steps to you take to do so?

Thank you for the screenshot and additional details. In some cases, you may see this behavior when a country code is listed, along with area code and more for phone numbers. However, if not all numbers appear this way, or you're experiencing issues with making calls, we'd recommend that you reach out to Apple directly using: Get Support
