We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
I can't login to my account without supplying my security question answers which i have forgotten.
When attempting to reset my security questions I enter my password and am redirected to a screen saying "Cannot Reset Security Questions. We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."
How do I speak to an actual human that can help me? Every link to support brings me here which results in the exact same message that there is insufficient information to reset my security questions. How do I reset them to access my account?
