Cannot Reset Security Questions We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
I'm one of hundred of people who can't access their account even after resetting my password because of an issue with my security questions. I am 100% sure my security question answers are correct and even if I try to reset my security questions I get the response "Cannot Reset Security Questions. We don’t have sufficient information to reset your security questions."
When I try to seek support the system puts me in to the same process that is the cause of the problem. I just can't understand why apple's login process is the worst user experience of anything I use online.
