Are my notes included in a computer backup?

iCloud backups

• 👉 Data that's already stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Notes, iCloud Photos, iMessages, Voice Memos, text (SMS) and multimedia (MMS) messages, and Health data

That is, if you turn iCloud -> On you get 5 GB of free iCloud storage, Notes will be automatically saved to iCloud.

No, notes/contacts/calendar/reminder aren't part of the backup, since they are synced to whatever mail or cloud program is used.
