Apple Watch won't connect to my iPhone XS

I have xs Max and watch series 1

before long ago my watch connected with another phone one now, I want to connecting with my ax max, I have tried several times to connect, but it hasn’t happened.

pleas help me to how to connect apple xs max to watch series 1
