im trying to delete my info off my iphone 8 plus. it will not connect to wifi and im getting an error code of (AKAuthentifcationError Error -7005.) Please send help.

You mentioned receiving error 7005. What steps prevents you from moving forward? Are you getting this error when you attempt to remove the device from your account? Or are you trying to restore to factory settings? If so, are you using a computer?
