iPhone flashing light and a short beep sound

Can anyone tell me why my iPhone 13 Pro Max made a loud beeping noise and briefly flashes a light? Does this have something to do with hardware? with my apple watch/Airpod Pro? Or is it possible that my phone is hacked? I already checked the LED flash for alerts and it is disabled. Also, notification for all my apps are activated for banner messages. Should I get help from an Apple center for checking my phone?
