Does anyone know what to do if your Apple Watch won’t charge or force restart I’ve tried everything

If it won't force restart the battery could be depleted. Do you have access to a completely seperate watch charger and wall plug?
Try the steps in this Apple Support article:

If those steps do not work, you'll want to contact Apple Support.
The watch might be in power reserve mode,try holding just the side button for about 20 seconds and see if the apple logo shows up.
