Control center went missing on Apple Watch 7

Thanks so much, FieryJack! I figured a restart would do it but I didn't know how to do that. Control center is back. Why it went away, who knows. I use the home screen (is that apple watch lingo?) that has the date, time location, weaether with 3 icons at the bottom. Swiping up all of a sudden started doing nothing, and now with the restart, it gives me ccontrol center with the all important (for me) battery info, find my phone, and flashlight. Now it's back and thanks
