how can i fix my phone i can’t update anything it tells me there was a problem with a previous payment and to contact the family manager but i am the only one on my apple id i’m not connected to any other devices and my payment methods are up to date and i haven’t purchased anything for years at least. the problem started like two or three days ago

You should contact the official Apple Support, only they can look into your personal settings, to find the reason for that.
