From what we understand, photos in iCloud, are showing up blank/gray. We'd like to ask some questions that may help you get answers.
- Does this happen when accessing them from the Photos app on the device itself?
- If you open the photo, does it appear as it should?
- If not, do you get an error message? Provide the exact message if you do.
- Does this happen when connected to a different Wi-Fi network?
- Does it happen on multiple devices?
