My Music library songs disappeared

I had subscribed Rs. 195 plan and downloaded songs in music library.

now i revised the subscription plan of Rs.75 so my songs got disappeared.

now i wanted to know if I resubscribed the plan of Rs. 195 then will I get my songs which saved previously.
