Cannot set up apple mail

My Yahoo mail works ok but my "Apple" mail no longer works.

iMac 27″, macOS 10.14

Is it Yahoo within Apple's Mail App that doesn't work?

Mac's Mail App is not as modern as iOS's Mail app, Many eMail providers now require a separate App Password different from your eMail password…

Yahoo has gone to this too...
