How do i mark all text messages as read on Mac OS?
I have a few old messages marked as unread in iMessage on MacOs. With the increase in spam messages, this is likely spam messages I didn't delete nor read.

To my knowledge, the best workaround is to select a message, then use the "next conversation" hotkey Ctrl-Tab Aka ^-Tab. If you hold this down it will auto-scroll through conversations.
I was able to remove all the unread message flags this way, still it took a couple of minutes of holding the key down to scroll through about 2 years of old messages and clear some really old ones.
