Apple Watch SE Heart Rate

After going out for a run, I noticed my heart rate is not recorded. This happens when I’ve used the Nike Rick club app or the native app on my watch. How can this be fixed?

Check to see if you have workout power saving mode turned on,this turns off the heart monitor during workouts.
