How to Import files app pictures to Win10 PC ?

Hello, I have a question regarding files app on my iphone 6 with ios 12.5.5. I have picture saved there and I want to transfer them by using windows 10's "import pictures and videos" but those pictures in the files app are not being detected. When I save those pictures from files app into icloud drive and import them, they have a different filename not the original filename that is within the files app. Also, the date and time changes from the original too. One more thing, When i move the pictures to "on my iphone" how do i find that location in windows 10 explorer or within itunes? Where is that files location actually located?
