how to cancel apple icloud

Alright...this isn't specific to my PC, but I had to select something.

Somehow I began an Apple iCloud account. It took the first payment and will bill me again next month. I am trying to cancel the subscription/service. I don't want it...don't need it.

However, I cannot find anywhere in my iTunes account to cancel it or turn it off or whatever I need to do.

Any assistance is appreciate.
