Why did the update cause my 11 pro to start dropping service every 10 seconds. Thanks Apple for all of your updates

How do I fix this. Why did this start, why are auto updates a thing, why do they As you every morning and night, just why Apple why, your updates slow down phones and make problems for older phones, if the 11 pro if having problems take a step back and think ab what your doing to the iPhone 6’s. Just because a processor can “handle” it doesn’t mean that it can smoothly or that it needs it. Thanks.
