Bluetooth not working in macOS Monterey

I updated the system to macOS Monterey 12.5 before that my macBook was running macOS Big Sur 11.6.1 and the bluetooth worked perfectly but after the update to Monterey it doesn't turn on anymore.

Have you rebooted since your upgrade
