Macbook Pro Bluetooth will not turn on since updating to Monterey 12.6.1

Prepare your Mac
1. Shut down your Mac.
2. Disconnect all external devices except keyboard, mouse, display, Ethernet connection (if applicable), and connection to AC power.
3. Make sure that your Mac is on a hard, flat, stable surface with good ventilation.
If you see a hardware issue is reported or need additional assistance, contact Apple Support directly to help out.

If we understand your post correctly, you're unable to turn on Bluetooth on your MacBook Pro since updating to Monterey. We're here to help!
If you go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Bluetooth > Is this where you are not able to turn on Bluetooth?
• If not, are you able to turn on from here?
• If so, what happens when you try? If you receive an error message, or the option to "Turn On" is not available, see if a restart will help. It's an easy step, however it can resolve unexpected issues.
Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
1. Select the Apple Menu
2. Scroll dow to "Restart..."
3. Deselect “Reopen windows when logging back in", if you do not want to reopen the same app windows.
If you are still not able to turn on Bluetooth, the next step is to contact Apple Support. There may be a hardware issue with the Bluetooth module. They will be able to help address that issue, if that is the case.

I am getting a notice that says Bluetooth hardware is off.
And thank you for the info about restarting. I have tried restarting and tried shutting down, none of which worked.
This has fixed the issue! Bluetooth is back like there was never any issue. Thank you for your help!
